How frequently do you send reports? When will I receive my first report?

Reports are provided on a semi-annual or quarterly basis, according to the terms specified in the Agreement.

Quarterly reports are sent 45 calendar days after the end of the quarter, i.e. 

May 15 for Q1, August 15 for Q2, November 15 for Q3, and February 15 for Q4 of the previous year.

Please note that compensation for the use of your repertoire under related rights is reflected in the report with a lag of 1 quarter, necessary for processing and checking the report from the platform and receiving the payment. 

For compensation under copyright, the lag may be 1-2 quarters, depending on the specific storefront and its schedules for processing applications and making payments.

For example, if you uploaded your repertoire in Q1, the funds for its use will only be received by us in Q2 and will be reflected in the Q2 report, which will be sent to you in Q3.

The first report will be sent to you within 45 days after the end of the first quarter in which you uploaded your repertoire.
